Research Design Services (RDS)


The new network of NIHR Research Design Services will help researchers to prepare proposals for submission to national funding competitions for applied health or social care research by providing expert advice on research design and methodology.

RDSs supersede the current Research and Development Support Units except for the East Midlands and North West SHA areas; these will continue until 31 March 2010 but will realign to RDS objectives.
